So Cutting out on Bread doesn't mean I would cut out Burgers... I LLUUURV me some burgers especially Duck meat. The replaced bun is Noodles baked with Egg into a cake then crisp grilled. More protein less carbs.

Make a caramalised onion topping by cooking Worcestershire sauce, soy, sugar, sliced onions in a pan to simmer for 20mins till a thick reduction is formed.

Grill the duck mince Burger Patty. Boil the noodles, add seasoning, strain the water, beat the eggs and add the refreshed noodles to egg mixture mixing till the noodles are covered in egg. Then bake in the oven for 15mins in greased molds. Take out of the oven once firm and egg is cooked. Then grill in a olive oil based pan till crispy.

Steam the stirfry vegetables. Start building your burger. Make your favourite sauce topping. I chose to mix tomato sauce and mayonnaise (seafood sauce yuuumm). My daughter's favourite.

Enjoy immediately. Too tempting to just watch the onion reduction sauce drip away.
