Peel yam and put on fire add a pinch salt and sugar and cover till soft

In another pot cook the chicken breast by adding seasoning and allow it to cook till very soft

Then used a mortar and pestle to pound the scotch bonnets, onions and garlic and keep aside

Put the yam down and pound dnt pound too much, shredded the chicken and add to the yam follow by the pounded peppers, seasoning,and curry powder mix together and make it into a ball shape

Whisk egg in a separate bowl and dip the yam ball in it before fryin with oil till golden brown the serve plain or with a dip of choice
