4 1/2 cupwatermelon
1/2 tbssugar
1 tbslemon juice
1/2 cupsugar water: 3/8 cup water, 1/8 cup sugar
1/2 tbschopped ginger
1 tbschopped basil or mint

Combine 1/2 cup of the watermelon, sugar and basil, set aside.

Blend remaining watermelon, lemon juice, sugar water and the ginger until smooth.

Let it sit for 1/2 hour strain gazpacho add remaining chunks watermelon top with (optional) small shaped (or not) watermelon balls!
