  1. 4 1/2 cupwatermelon
  2. 1/2 tbssugar
  3. 1 tbslemon juice
  4. 1/2 cupsugar water: 3/8 cup water, 1/8 cup sugar
  5. 1/2 tbschopped ginger
  6. 1 tbschopped basil or mint

    Combine 1/2 cup of the watermelon, sugar and basil, set aside.

  2. 2

    Blend remaining watermelon, lemon juice, sugar water and the ginger until smooth.

  3. 3

    Let it sit for 1/2 hour strain gazpacho add remaining chunks watermelon top with (optional) small shaped (or not) watermelon balls!
