Ingredients

  • 500 gfish fillet
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Cumin
  • Breadcrumbs
  • 3eggs
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Salt your fish and cut into stripes

  2. 2

    Mix cumin, blackpepper and flour.

  3. 3

    In the second plate put the eggs and the last plate the breadcrumbs

  4. 4

    Deep the stripped fish into spiced flour eggs then into breadcrumbs. You can repeat the egg and breadcrumbs again

    Deep fry in hot oil till brown
