Mix besan with curd to make thick paste and with out lumps. Now add turmeric and salt to it with water mix well and keep it aside.

In a kadhai add one spoon oil and add jeera, hing and kadhi patta. After it Splutters add ginger and green chilli along with curd mix. On full flame keep it mixing till the first boil. Now let it simmer on low for 30 mins.

And add tadka of 1 spoon ghee and red chilli on the top and it's done
