  • 1/2 cupsuji
  • as neededSalt
  • 1 cupcurd
  • 2 tbspoil
  • As neededOil for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Take maida,Suji,salt,curd and oil,mix it and knead well,grease oil over it and let it set for fermentation

    Now after 4 hours punch it and knead it again,take a roll and roll it and deep fry in hot oil,serve with chhole
