Cooking Instructions

Grind all the dry ingredients except salt in mixie. It should be a fine powder.

In a mixing bowl add the powdered mixture, salt and water and mix well. Note : the texture should be exactly like Puri dough.

Roll the mixture and press inside a spriral coil or a murukku making machine to tube shaped ropes!

Give it a definite shape by pressing the dough round in a circular manner!

By the side, heat the oil at high flame and add the dough.
- 6
After it becomes yellow brown (not too brown,as soon as it changes it's colour) take out and let it cool for some time. Serve then..
