Korean-Style Iberico Pork Teppan Bibimbap

This is a no-skill-required bibimbap. The key is just to get the Korean sauce right! I didn't take photos of the process or the finished dish... because I was too hungry and started eating right away! My husband couldn't stop praising it 🥰
Korean-Style Iberico Pork Teppan Bibimbap
This is a no-skill-required bibimbap. The key is just to get the Korean sauce right! I didn't take photos of the process or the finished dish... because I was too hungry and started eating right away! My husband couldn't stop praising it 🥰
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Julienne all the vegetables and stir-fry them in sesame oil! For presentation, I stir-fried them separately, but you can do it all together since they'll be mixed in the end 😂
- 2
Separate the egg whites and yolks, cook them into thin omelets, and then slice them into strips.
- 3
Since the pork is fatty, just cut it into pieces and stir-fry with Korean chili paste, sugar, garlic, and sesame oil until fragrant! The sauce is ready!
- 4
Finally, layer the rice, vegetable strips, cooked sauce, egg strips, and meat on top! Finish it off on the teppan grill, and it's done! I didn't take a photo of the mixed dish because it was already in my stomach 🤣

Bibimbap-style Pork Rice Bowl with Lots of Vegetables Bibimbap-style Pork Rice Bowl with Lots of Vegetables
This is the dish for me when I don't have an appetite. You can use whatever vegetables you have left over in the refrigerator. The amount of sauce varies depending on the amount of vegetables. I think it's a good idea to make a generous amount of sauce. You don't have to use sugar. Also delicious with yuzu or kabosu citrus depending on the season. Recipe by commeline cookpad.japan -
Bibimbap with Bulgogi Beef Bibimbap with Bulgogi Beef
Every time I would order this amazing Korean rice bowl I was always amazed by how every item is perfectly cooked and plated and separated. So I had tried to make this amazing dish at home with a gochujang sauce. After a few tweaks and adjustments I think I have gotten something very close to restaurant quality. It seems like a lot of steps and ingredients but its more chopping and slicing than anything else. Spice Mix -
Spinach and Pork Rice Bowl (Bibimbap-style) Spinach and Pork Rice Bowl (Bibimbap-style)
I made this quickly for my son who loves namul and bibimbap!I usually use ground pork, but when I tried it with roughly chopped pork, it tasted even better.I used "Chinese Flavor" soup stock granules from Ajinomoto. You can use any chicken stock granules.Add the soup stock granules to the spinach first and mix well before adding sesame oil. If you do it the other way around the granules won't dissolve easily. The rice should be hot. If the topping and the rice are cold, the fat in the pork hardens and becomes rather cloying. For 3 servings. Recipe by moj cookpad.japan -

Bibimbap-Style Sweet and Salty Pork and Bean Sprout Namul On Rice Bibimbap-Style Sweet and Salty Pork and Bean Sprout Namul On Rice
This is a donburi (rice bowl) dish that I make when I don't know what to cook. Since this has plenty of meat and vegetables, you don't need any side dishes.Vinegar is not used in namul usually, but I used a small amount of the pickling vinegar from rakkyo pickles as a secret ingredient. It's slightly sweet, and it seems like it neutralizes the sesame oil. Recipe by Aromaraizu cookpad.japan -

Stone-Cooked Style Bulgogi and Bibimbap Stone-Cooked Style Bulgogi and Bibimbap
This is easier than dividing bibimbap into individual bowls plus it's fun and looks extravagant. And best of all, you can enjoy the piping hot crunchy bits of rice that have been crisped by the pan.Use apple or kiwi if you don't have a Japanese pear.Grated fruit is added in order to tenderize the meat. The meat becomes more delicious if you marinate it for some time, so try marinating it overnight. For 4 servings. if you cook it on an electric tabletop griddle you can make 5 to 6 servings at once.. Recipe by pogue cookpad.japan -

Rolled Bibimbap with Beef Rolled Bibimbap with Beef
I thought that making "bibimbap" into "bibimbars" would be funny, so I gave it a shot. I tried to make bar-shaped ones but because of the widths of the beef, they kind of ended up as "bibimballs."I thought it would be good to make these during Golden Week (a week long Japanese spring holiday). They may also be good for dinner parties, because they're good even when they're cold, and if you wrap them with lettuce your hands won't get dirty when you eat them.I wanted them to go with my favorite beer, so the rice is seasoned lightly, with just the flavor from the namuls, while the beef is seasoned heavily with the bulgogi sauce. If you buy assorted namuls it will be much easier. But namuls are easy to make, so why not try it if you have time? You can change the seasonings for the namuls to your liking. You can use the same seasonings for bean sprouts, carrot and spinach as well.Sliced beef from a beef round is easy to use. When I tried sliced shoulder, it was not as easy. Try to get something like thinly sliced shabu-shabu beef. If you mince the namuls before mixing them with rice, it will make it easier for your children to eat. For 4 servings (making 12).
