Coat strips of seasoned chicken breast in flour and dip in egg,dizzle oil in a skillet and saute chicken untill golden brown.

Deglaze skillet with chicken broth and add a roux to thicken.add the lemon juice and season.

Reduce the heat to medium low and add the chicken back to the skillet.allow boiling and correcting seasoning.
