Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 300 gramsliced thin beef
  2. 120-150 mlwater
  3. 6longbeans (cut into 3-4cm)
  4. 2 tablespoonsalt soya sauce
  5. 3 tablespoonseet soya sauce
  6. 1-1.5 teaspoonbrown sugar
  7. 0.5 teaspoonsalt
  8. 2 clovesminced garlic
  9. 1 tablespoonsesame oil
  10. 1 tablespoonmargarine

    Heat the margarine with high fire.

  2. 2

    Put all beef and pour the water. Wait until the water decrease.

  3. 3

    If the water has been decreased a lot and the beef has been tender, put the minced garlic and the long beans. Stir together with beef using smaller fire.

  4. 4

    After you stir together the garlic, beef, long beans, and water, pour all soya sauce (both the sweet and the salt). Stir again for 30-60 seconds)

  5. 5

    Pour the brown sugar. Stir again for about 30-40 seconds or until it mixed well.

  6. 6

    For the last, pour the salt (if you want).
