  • 500g boiledBeans
  • 500g boiledYam
  • Ginger 1piece(grated)
  • Onions(thinly)sliced
  • 1 tspDry ground pepper
  • Seasoning cube 1
  • Palm oil 2cooking spoons
  • Salt

    Set aside,in a dry sauce pan on medium heat,add palm oil,pre heat for 2mins,add onions,pepper and ginger,stir Fry,until onions get a bit brown and the aroma pervades the air...

  2. 2

    Pour into beans and yam pudding and stir with a wooden spoon until well mixed,cook again for 2mins...its ready to eat...
