Prep the pitas.Sift dry ingredients, add oil then water, mix to form dough. Cover bowl and leave to rise 4 an hour. Take out make small golf balls. Roll out on floured surface into little circles. Cook on hot thawa till brown with 1Tbs butter and 2Tbs oil melted together. Spread butter and oil mixture on both sides when cooking. Place cooked pitas on papertowel in airtight container. Makes 12 pitas

Marinate chicken strips with the spices, add sauces. Fry strips in oil till half done, add peppers and onions and cook for 15 mins.Add the tomatoes if you using and simmer on low for 3 mins.
Cut pita pockets in the middle add mayo and nandos sauce, lettuce then chicken strips. Enjoy with your favourite cold drink 🥙🥤
