Steps

Dry roast oats and all nuts in a spoon if ghee and keep aside except raisins.

Take a pan add jaggery to melt. Keep it in low flame.

As it melts add honey and mix well and add oats and all the nuts and give a quick mix.

Pour the mixture on a greased plate or butter paper. Let it cool a little and cut into pieces.

Instant energy bites are ready. Store and keep it.
