Ingredients

  1. 8 slicesWhite Sandwich Bread
  2. 1 dozeneggs
  3. 1 tspdry mustard
  4. 2 cupsmilk
  5. 2 cupsgrated cheese
  6. Small evaporated milk
  7. Canmushroom soup
  8. 1 1/2 poundslink sausage

Steps

  1. 1

    Butter casserole dish.

  2. 2

    Trim crust and cut four squares to slice.

  3. 3

    Line casserole

  4. 4

    Brown and drain sausage

  5. 5

    Beat eggs and add mustard, cheese, milk and sausage(cut into bite size pieces)

  6. 6

    Pour over bread and refrigerate overnight.

  7. 7

    Next day mix evaporated milk and soup and put on top.

  8. 8

    Bake at 300 covered until last 10 minutes.
