Blend the beans with water(moderate) fresh ginger,Bell pepper (tatashe),Fresh red hot pepper,onion,Immediately the beans is blended,add seasoning cube, taste to adjust and add little salt if needed and oil of choice,add water sparingly,till you get desired consistency,stir well and wrap with leaf.

If using leaf,wash with mild salty water and rinse,cut out the sticks from leaves and put in pot before putting wrapped beans puree.wrap when you put the puree, arrange and put in a pot where you put sticks under and cook for Max 30mins till it forms a cake,when opened
