The Incredible Edible Poached Egg The Incredible Edible Poached Egg
Eggs are a favorite meal. Poaching can seem scary. But it's really easy. A lot of poach recipes call for added white vinegar. I don't always have it and I don't feel it is absolutely necessary. I'm watching my caloric intake. Eggs are an incredible source of protein and yummy but other than boiling, can lead to extra calories cooking them with fats. These are creamy and dreamy with no added calories. I pair them with a good 18 grain toasted dry bread. A delicious, light meal. Taylor Topp Comacho -

Easy Poached Eggs with the Microwave Easy Poached Eggs with the Microwave
I bought a container used to make poached eggs, but it was kind of annoying so I don't use it anymore. I heard that you could make them in a microwave so I made it my own way.If you microwave for 1 minute, the yolk will harden (in my microwave anyway). 50-60 seconds is best. Adjust the time as needed. There is a possibility that the egg will explode. Please follow the heating time and ingredient amounts properly. Recipe by *seren* cookpad.japan -
Poached Eggs in the Microwave Poached Eggs in the Microwave
I was looking for ways to make poached eggs, but most of the cooking methods I found required letting the egg sit for 10 minutes. Then I looked for other ways to make poached eggs much faster using a microwave, but the results didn't turn out very well. So, for my recipe, I made slight adjustments to the heating time. When you cook eggs in the microwave, there is a possibility that you could hurt yourself if the egg bursts. Hence, do not change the heating time. Recipe by Kawakamisan cookpad.japan -

I've been making this dish since I was young.※ Add the second egg after the egg white of the first egg has almost completely hardened.※ Pour minimum 4 cm of water measuring from the bottom of the pan. The vinegar ratio is 5-10 % to the water.※ These eggs are great with a salad, pasta, toast, potatoes, or sautéed spinach. Recipe by Yuuyuu0221 cookpad.japan -

Asparagus with poached egg Asparagus with poached egg
Asparagus with poached or soft boiled egg is a popular dish in Izakaya (dining bar) in Japan, but so far here in Vancouver I haven't seen it🧐 Ok, then I cooked by myself as it is super easy. The photo shows the simple one but sometimes I add shaved Parmigiano, crunchy bacon and some drops of soy sauce. (yes it's true that Japanese use soy sauce for everything;)#eikoskitchen Eiko
