In a big bowl mix suji,curd, Salt, baking powder And enough water to make semi thick batter And keep aside for 1hour.

Now mix eno and mix well.

Pour batter in idli moulds and steam in steamer till they are steamed perfectly.

Check by knife if knife come out clean it is done. Serve with sambhar.
