2Eggs
1/2 cupMilk
1 tablespoonSugar
1/4 teaspoonVanilla Extract
1-2 tablespoonGhee

For preparing Bread toast, take a bowl and break eggs into it. Add in milk, sugar, vanilla extract. Combine well. Keep aside.

Heat a pan. Add ghee and spread it around.

Soak the bread slices in the egg batter for 10 - 15 seconds (both sides) and place on the pan. Cook each side for 2-3 minutes or till it becomes golden brown in colour.

Serve hot.
