Start by sifting in your flour baking powder in a bowl then add your sugar mix and set side

In another bowl add your milk, egg yolk, melted butter and mix then pour it over the flour mixture

Mean while beat your egg whites with a mixer till frothy and add it to the batter, fold in gently so as not to deflate the batter

Grease your muffin tray with butter and scoop in the pancake batter half way giving it enough room to rise

Bake it in the over at 180 for 10 -12 minutes
