Vegan Chocolate Mousse - Egg-Free!

Here’s a recipe for vegan chocolate mousse—no eggs, milk, butter, or dairy cream. I created this recipe because I have friends who are vegan, which made me rethink my usual recipes. Plus, making a dish vegan often makes it lighter. While I’m not vegan myself, I admire those who are. For this recipe, I use chickpea liquid (aquafaba). Watch the magic happen—your guests won’t even notice! There’s no chickpea taste at all. Simple, quick, delicious, and budget-friendly, this mousse is lighter and easier to digest.

This recipe was on Facebook. I didn't get the author's name. I happened to have all the ingredients and tried it. It serves my purpose of filling my craving for chocolate and still being diet acceptable. Just a note for those that like sweet sweet...it isn't a melt in your mouth, death by chocolate taste. But I still recommend that you try it. Angela -
Vegan Chocolate Mousse Cake Vegan Chocolate Mousse Cake
I became a vegetarian because of the morning sickness I experienced when I was pregnant. This was the only dessert I could eat at a cafe nearby, and became a huge fan. Since the one I ate there was too sweet, I arranged the recipe to suit my taste. My vegetarian American friends are always amazed and curious to know the recipe. You could use any liquor of your choice, but I recommend Tia Maria, Frangelico, or Gran Marnier. Go ahead and add more sugar if you prefer it sweeter. Please personalize this recipe since it's quite flexible. Recipe by Jessica523 cookpad.japan -

Dairy-Free Soy Milk Mousse Dairy-Free Soy Milk Mousse
Since I was making a Bûche de Noël, I wanted a thick and substantial dairy-free filling. That's how I came up with this fruit mousse without the odor of soy milk. Since gelatin is typically derived from a bovine source, I used kanten to make it vegetarian. The fluffiness of the mousse is essential. If you make a mistake in the amounts or process, the cream may flatten. In that case, turn it into blancmange, or add and egg yolk and lemon juice, then chill it in a mold to make bavarois. Mixing meringue with the blancmange will give you mousse. If it's too stiff, think of it as a soy milk yokan. Recipe by Modokiya cookpad.japan -

Butter free chocolate mousse, I've decreased the oil and sugar, actually the result is still rich, fluffy. ATTENTION! This recipe involves some raw eggs, if you're not comfortable eating them raw, then you can check the traditional chocolate mousse recipe which involves whipped cream instead of eggs. shuangpignon -

Diary-Free & Gluten-Free Cocoa Mousse Tart Diary-Free & Gluten-Free Cocoa Mousse Tart
My elementary school-age daughter made me this cocoa mousse tart. This is a simple recipe with no baking.Adjust the sweetness to your preference. We have no food processor at home; instead of using a food processor we carefully mash the avocado and banana to create a creamy texture. The crust is soft when you put it in a tart pan, but it hardens in the refrigerator because of the coconut oil in it. Rich Chocolate Mousse Rich Chocolate Mousse
I made this for my daughter who loves chocolate. We had some chocolate pens in our house, so I came up with some designs with them. Please adjust the amount of sugar according to the sweetness of your bar chocolate. Please don't use milk chocolate. In Step 2, it's best to melt the chocolate using a double boiler. You can also melt it in a microwave. In this case, keep an eye on it while microwaving. Recipe by Yuuyuu0221 cookpad.japan
