Ingredients

  • 2 cupsemolina
  • Seasonings and spices
  • Grated scotch bonnet and onion
  • 1tbspoon yeast

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl mix semolina, seasonings and spices, yeast and grated scotch bonnet and onion with lukewarm water until you get a puff-puff batter

  2. 2

    Let it rise for 1hour or more

  3. 3

    Deep fry until golden brown
