Steps

Cut chicken into tiny pieces or cubes... Take a bowl and pour yogurt or curd in it....

Now put salt and all spices of Chicken Achari in it and mix well with the whisk.... Now put chicken in it and mix it with your hands.... And leave it for 15 to 20 minutes....

Take a stew pot on stove on medium flame pour oil in it...When oil becomes warm then put onions in it....Fry onions until golden brown....

Now pour curd chicken mixture and ginger garlic paste in it and mix it then cover it and after every 2 minutes take off the cover and mix it..... Do this step until oil appears on surface...

When oil appears on surface then put green chillies in it and mix it.... Chicken Achari is ready...

To boil spaghetti take a stew pot on stove and pour water, Salt and ghee in it...

When it starts boiling put spaghetti in it and cover it for 15 minutes but check it again and again cut one spaghetti and see if there is white dot so it's not done but if there is no white dot so that's mean it's done.... When its done then sieve it and pour normal water on it so that they separate from each other....

Now put stew pot on stove on low flame and put boiled spaghetti in it and put Achari chicken and fresh green coriander on spaghetti and mix it.....

Ready to serve.... Enjoy it as it is or enjoy it with tomato ketchup...
