    Soak urad dal overnight in morning grind in mixer jar with water and curd better make thick keep aside for 2 hours then heat oil in the pan in the better add salt Hari Mirch mix it and make smooth then put in oil like vada in roun3 shape and hole in middle of ball. Fry them till pink colour transfer to plate after semi-cool put in water for ten mins now press them for excess water to keep in sweet curd or your test and cool it transfer to plate add green mint chutney sweet chutney sprinkle jeera
