Spicy, sweet, and creamy.

This can be made in an crockpot, instant pot, or stove top. I made this in a pressure cooker, so easy and oh so good. I seen so many different recipe for stuffed pepper soup this is my take on it.This really hit the spot on a snowy and raining cold day. ( so much easier than making stuffed peppers what I don’t think my kids would even eat, but they sure did eat this and liked it, iam surprise I had none left.)

When I had lots of green bell peppers to use up, I came up with a recipe that didn't use any cooking oil.Boil the green bell pepper until it becomes very tender.Feel free to use other ingredients aside from the wakame seaweed.The ingredient amounts are approximate, so use whatever amounts you like.
