Ingredients

15 minutes
7 servings
  1. 1 cupsooji
  2. 1/2 cupcurd
  3. 1 cupchopped fresh vegetables
  4. Like- onion, Tomato, Carrots, Cabbage, Capsicum
  5. 1 tbspchopped coriander
  6. 1 tspChopped green chillies
  7. as neededWater for making smooth batter
  8. 1 pouch Eno fruit salt
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. as neededOil drops for making Appe

Cooking Instructions

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients other than eno and oil make batter.

  2. 2

    Keep it aside for ten minutes and then add Eno.

  3. 3

    Now heat Appe pan and fill it's cases with few drops of oil with one spoon batter in each case.

  4. 4

    Let it get cooked for 1 minute in covered form and then flip it to get cooked from other side.

  5. 5

    Now cook it another 30 second.

  6. 6

    Now serve it hot with any chutney.
