Ingredients

15 minutes
7 servings
  • 1 cupsooji
  • 1/2 cupcurd
  • 1 cupchopped fresh vegetables
  • Like- onion, Tomato, Carrots, Cabbage, Capsicum
  • 1 tbspchopped coriander
  • 1 tspChopped green chillies
  • as neededWater for making smooth batter
  • 1 pouch Eno fruit salt
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil drops for making Appe

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients other than eno and oil make batter.

    Keep it aside for ten minutes and then add Eno.

    Now heat Appe pan and fill it's cases with few drops of oil with one spoon batter in each case.

    Let it get cooked for 1 minute in covered form and then flip it to get cooked from other side.

    Now cook it another 30 second.

    Now serve it hot with any chutney.
