Preheat oven to 350 •F

In a bowl combine 1/2cup of flour, sugar, salt and water.Let stand, covered, in a warm place until bubbly

Add together the remaining flour and cornmeal in a large bowl, add the oil and yeast, mixture to the flour in the bowl.

Make a firm dough by mixing with hand.

Knead well until smooth.

Stand, covered in a warm place for 20minutes

Shape the dough into 2rounds,score the top of these round with a sharp knife 1/8 deep

Dust a baking sheet with cornmeal, place the dough rounds on it and dust the top as well, with cornmeal.

Stand covered until nearly doubled.

Bake for 12-17 minutes

It's ready to serve.
