Arewa filled pancake (filled wainar filawa)

In a bowl add flour,seasoning And whisk,add water and whisk (using whisker),add scotch and onion until smooth

For the fillings you can use either sardine or sukunbiya(cooked and remove all bones)

In a pan add,scotch and onion,add oil add ginger and garlic paste stir for 2_3 min

Add little diced cabbage and grated carrot keep stirring until soft....add sardine or sukunbiya add seasoning, curry,spices keep stirring for 4_5 min

Remove from pan and put into desired container and let it cool for 5min

In a nonstick pan or kaskon wainar filawa add 1 tbsp oil,put in ur batter label the batter and close it with any pot cover

Turn it and close again for 1 min and remove

In a plate put the pastry,apply the fish filling,add the potato and roll like shawarma

Or after adding the da potato add anoda pastry
