Ingredients

  1. 200 gmBiscuits
  2. 100 gmMelted butter
  3. 4 cupYogurt
  4. 100 mlhot Milk
  5. 1 tbspGelatin powder
  6. as neededMulberry sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Pound biscuits until crumbled.mix with melted butter and then spread out in the bottom of cake mold.chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

    Sprinkle gelatine powder into water for 10 minutes.Add hot Milk mix well.pour milk into yogurt mixture.

    Pour step 2 into step 1 and smooth out the surface.chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours.serve with mulberry sauce.
