Wash fish throughly with hot water to remove the slime. Set aside.

In a pot, add water enough for boiling, add blended pepper, onions and ginger. Add seasoning cubes and salt to taste. Allow to boil, add fish...cover and allow to boil until it is well cooked. Your pepper soup is ready. Enjoy!
