Ingredients

  1. 1.5 cupchickpeas
  2. 4 tbspImli ki chutney
  3. 1/2 tspGinger garlic paste
  4. 1 tspRed chili powder
  5. 1/4 tspGaram masala pwd
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1 tbspChat masala
  8. 10-15Karipattay
  9. 1/2 cupOil
  10. Papdi as you like

Steps

  1. 1

    First heat oil add Kari pattay, now add salt, Chaat Masala, red chili pwd, Garam masala pwd, ginger garlic paste and cook until aroma comes out.

  2. 2

    Now add Imli ki chutni Khate meethe add white chickpeas and mix well until masala covers the chana. Serve with papdi.
