Steps

Make a medium batter with gram flour, semolina adding curd, salt and water as required. Keep it for 1 hour minimum.

Then add sugar, citric acid, green chilli paste and headed oil in it mix it well.

Heat water in steamer..Grease a plate.

Add baking soda and stir it fastly on one direction. Pour this batter in plate quickly an the put this plat in steamer cover it. Cook for 15 minutes on medium flame.

Heat oil in pan add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, sesame seeds and Asafoetida. Then add green chillies and curry leaves in it.. When all things fries crisper then off the flame.

Add this tadka on ready dhokla cut in to square pieces garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with chutany.
