This recipe is useful for vrat, gives vitamin, carbohydrates and energy.
Steps

First of all this samak chawal and Makhana is soaked into water upto 30 minutes.

Then take a mixture grinder put soaked samak chawal, Makhana, green chillies, coriander leaves, sendha salt, grind it well with little amount of water.

Now keep out from the mixture grinder and add black pepper and ghee.

After then take non stick dosa tawa, put small amount of water, then keep out this water from cloth and spread this batter.

After than put some oil for crispy it's optional.

Cook it very well and keep out. Serve it with vrat aaloo peanut sabji and coriander chutney.
