Wash all veggies. Put them in pressure cooker. Add 1/2 cup water. Close the lid & cook them on medium flame until 4-5 whistles. Switch off gas. Let steam release itself.

Mash all veggies with pav bhaji masher.

Put kadhai on gas. Heat oil or butter until smoking point. Add chopped onions, ginger & garlic. Saute all until translucent. Add chopped tomatoes or puree. Saute until it starts leaving the sides of kadhai.

Add all seasonings (spices). Mix all properly. Add mashed veggies. Stir well. Cook it on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.

Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with chapati.
