  1. 12Chicken Thighs
  2. Flour
  3. 1200 mlApricot Nectar
  4. 80 gFrench Onion Soup Powder

Cooking Instructions

    Grease Baking tray

  2. 2

    Flour chicken thighs, dice and place in tray

  3. 3

    Mix nectar and soup powder

  4. 4

    Add mixture to baking tray, leaving most of onion soup powder behind

  5. 5

    Put baking tray in oven at 180 for 90 minutes

  6. 6

    Serve with rice or mash
