  • 4tbslpn ghee
  • 1/2tspn salt
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • Daal filling
  • 1 cupmasoor daal
  • 1/2 tspzeera powder
  • 1tspn red chilli powder
  • Salt as required
  • Oil for frying

  1. 1

    Maida mein ghee namak mix Kar k dough bana lein.

  2. 2

    Masoor kee daal ko 30 minutes soak Kar dein phir boil kar lein or chann lein pani bilkul achi tarah dry ho jaye dal mein.

  3. 3

    Maida kee dough sai ball bana lein 12.

  4. 4

    Oil haath Pai laga k kachori bana lein masoor daal kee filling k saath.

  5. 5

    Deep fry Kare kachori ko medium flame pai Golden hone tak.
