  • 2 cupsrice (cooked)
  • 1-2potatoes
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut potatoes into small diced.

    Fry in vegetable oil till crispy and good brown. Sprinkle salt.

    Put and mix fried potatoes with cooked rice. If you like please season salt to rice.
