These are a huge hit with my friends and I. Perfectly hits the sugary sweet spot! The granulated sugar can be substituted with sweeteners such as stevia for a lower calorie recipe, and the eggs can be substituted with egg whites. Super yummy and chewy!

Preheat oven to 165•C.

In a large bowl: Cream wet ingredients until colour lightens, and batter is a fluffy consistency.

In a medium bowl: Combine flour, leavening agents, salt and cinnamon.

Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until just combined.

Fold in the raisins and oats.
- 6
Scoop batter onto a greased cookie sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes. Cookies should come out soft, and will hold together once cooled.
