  1. 1 dozenravioli
  2. 170 gramolive oil
  3. 1green pepper
  4. 2tomatoes
  5. 113canned black olives
  6. pecorino or aged parmesan cheese
  7. salt & pepper

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    Fry in hot oil until crisp then drain on a paper towel

  2. 2

    Fry all ingredients expect cheese until tender about 15 minutes

  3. 3

    Pour over the hot friend ravioli and sprinkle with grated pecorino (or aged parmesan) cheese.
