Cooking Instructions
- 1
Fill pot with water.
- 2
Add whole chicken, chicken thigh, or chicken drumsticks the the pot of water and let it boil until it’s cooked.
- 3
While waiting for chicken to boil, pour some all purpose flour in a plate.
- 4
Then roll biscuit dough into a ball and flatten it a little bit and dip each individual ball into all purpose flour.
- 5
Once chicken is cooked, remove it and shred into pieces. Keep the broth in the pot.
- 6
Add the biscuit ball into the broth and boil on high heat for 20 minutes or until the biscuit ball is cooked.
- 7
When the biscuit ball is cooked, add the cream of chicken, and shredded chicken to the broth. Let it boil on medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Mix occasionally. Once the broth looks well mixed and thickened, it’s ready to eat.

Fluffy Chicken Dumplings Fluffy Chicken Dumplings
I experimented a lot before getting to this version of chicken dumplings. By using tofu instead of eggs they become very light and fluffy. I left out sake since the dumplings can sometimes contain too much alcoholic depending on the temperature they are cooked at, and instead of using pepper I used ginger to for added flavor.I recommend using a mixture of 100 g of ground white or breast chicken meat and 100 g of dark or thigh meat. Combine the dumpling mixture very very well. For 15 pieces. Recipe by Kichiri-monja cookpad.japan -
