Ingredients

  1. 1 cupall purpose flour
  2. 2 cupspowdered sugar
  3. 1 tspbaking powder
  4. 3eggs
  5. 1/4 cupmilk
  6. 1 tspvailla extract
  7. 12fresh strawberries
  8. 1/4 cupoil
  9. 400 mlWhipping cream
  10. to tasteIcing sugar

Cooking Instructions

    Pre-heat the oven at 180°,grease the cake tin and line the butter paper or dust some flour than Take a bowl separate egg whites from the egg yolk beat the egg whites with electric beater or hand whisk till it become fluffy, in another bowl add yolks and 1 cup of sugar and beat it until well combine than add 1/4 cup oil 5 tbsp milk and mix it well,

    Add the yellow mixture and vanilla extract in the egg whites and beat it for couple of seconds,

    Sift the flour and baking powder into the wet mixture and fold it in with a light hand (don't over mix) pour the batter into the cake tin and bake it for roughly for 25-30mins on 180° or until the toothpicks comes out clean,

    Meanwhile chop the strawberries take a saucepan add chopped strawberries and 1 cup of sugar and stir occasionally and let it cook for 8-10mins on medium flame then turn off the flame and let it cool completely

    Take a bowl add 400 ml chilled whipping cream and icing sugar and beat it on low speed for 2 mins and gradually increase the speed to medium and beat until you get stiff peaks,

    Assembling: Let the cake cool completely on room temperature and cut it into halves carefully spread a layer of whipped cream and add strawberry jam and spread it evenly now place second layer of the cake and cover the cake completely with the whipped cream than spread strawberr jam on the top carefully,set the star nozzle into a piping bag and fill it with the cream and make borders or decorate it as you want, let it rest in refrigerator for 1 hour and the divine strawberry cake is ready.
