Prepare all the ingredients

Marinade beef with soy sauce and starch for 10 minutes.

Heat the pan, sauté beef until medium well, then set aside.

Heat the oil, fry kwee tiaw until golden brown, then set aside.

Heat the pan, fry garlics and ginger, add in dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, shao xing wine, then put the beef in. Let it cooked.

Next, put the vegetable in, season with salt and sugar, spring onion, then put the beaten egg while continously stirring. Put the sesame oil in, and last pour the diluted starch.

After the beef perfectly cooked, turn the off the heat, and pour to the kwee tiaw just a moment before eating.
