Steps

Crack off the coconut Shell,scrape the brown cover,and shred.

Add the powdered milk,butter and mix.

For the syrup,add in your sugar and water to a pan,bring it to boil until you have a thick syrup,add few drops of food color and stir,allow to cool down it will thicken a bit,Add in your coconut and mix...scoop and mold in to circles,it will be sticky.
