Arrange the Ingredients:

Heat oil in a pan.

Add red, green and yellow capsicum and corn kernels.

Saute for 3 to 4 minutes and keep aside in a bowl.

Then again heat 2 tbsp oil in the same pan.

Add garlic and saute.

Add onion and saute till the onion turn translucent.

Add tomato puree and saute well.

Add oregano chilli flakes, chilli powder, sugar and salt and mix well.

Add capsicum mix and saute well.

Pizza gravy is ready and turn off the flame.

Now grease a large microwave safe bowl with ghee and spread 1/2 rice into an even layer.

Then spread the pizza gravy.

Now spread the grated cheese.

Sprinkle the oregano and chilli flakes.

Then top with the remaining rice and flatten to make an even layer.

Pour the ghee on top and cover with lid and microwave on high for 6 to 7 minutes.

Leave covered for 10 minutes.

Pizza Biryani is ready.
