Steps

Cut the cauliflower into small florets and let it boil for 5-7 mins and add a tbsp of salt and turmeric.

Once the cauliflower is boiled drain the excess water and let it cool.

In a bowl add 2 tsp of all purpose flour, salt and ground pepper and add water to make batter.

Fine chop a medium size onion and 2 green chillies and 3 garlic cloves.

Deep fry the cauliflower and keep aside. Heat a pan and add oil, onion, green chillies and garlic and sauté till the onion is translucent and add salt and black pepper.

Add the cauliflower in the pan and add sweet chilli sauce and remove the pan off heat.
