Ingredients

  1. Mangoes 2 chopped
  2. 1/2 cupMilk chilled
  3. 3 scoopVanilla Ice cream or cream
  4. Sugar as required
  5. 3 tbspbasil seeds ( Thukhmalanga)
  6. For decoration
  7. 1 cupMango chunks
  8. Crystal jelly
  9. Almonds 6 to 7 (sliced)
  10. Pistachios 6 to 7 (sliced)
  11. Raisins
  12. 2 tspCoconut chunks
  13. Chocolate

Cooking Instructions

    First soak basil seeds in milk for 30 minutes.

    In a blender add mangoes,Ice cream/ cream, sugar and milk.

    Blend to a smooth thick milk shake.

  4. 4

    Pour this thick mango milk shake in glasses.

  5. 5

    Then add basil seeds.

  6. 6

    Add jellies.

  7. 7

    Again add mango thick milk shake.

  8. 8

    Add chopped mangoes.

  9. 9

    Top with the sliced almonds, raisins, pistachios, coconut and chocolate.
