Steps

Preheat the oven to 170°C/150°C Fan/325°F. Line a baking sheet with grease proof paper

Melt the butter and let them cool

Add the cooled butter and sugar in to a bowl and mix until light and creamy

Add the flour, chocolate chips, bicarbonate of soda and the vanilla extract

Fold until the flour is mixed in

Get your cupcake tray and line it with cookie dough
- 7
Sieve the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder into a bowl, then mix in the margarine and caster sugar. Add the eggs into the mixture one at a time, beating well after each addition. Whisk until light and fluffy. Divide mixture into cookie cases!
