Ingredients

  • 2 cupsAmatriciana sauce see recipe with same name
  • 1large head of culiflower
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop the cauliflower into small bite sized pieces or smaller.

  2. 2

    Heat a pan get it hot add cauliflower stirring, the cauliflower will release its own juices.

  3. 3

    After 4 minutes ad salt and keep frying till caramelized
