Ingredients

  1. 1 1/4 cupwarm milk
  2. 2 tspsugar
  3. 7 gramsdry yeast
  4. 3 cup (450 grams)maida / plain flour
  5. 1/2 tspsalt
  6. 2 tbspbutter,softened
  7. 2 tbspbutter,mealted
  8. 1milk chocolate(melted)
  9. As requiredchocolate sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly, in a bowl activate the yeast by combining 1 cup milk, 2 tsp sugar and 7 grams dry yeast.

    Add 3 cup maida and ½ tsp salt.
    knead until the dough turns soft.
    further, add 2 tbsp butter and knead the dough.

    Cover with cling wrap or cloth and rest for 2 hours in a warm place.

    Further, punch the dough and knead it slightly to remove air incorporated.

    After that Divide into 4 parts make Ball shape.

    In a heavy saucepan over lowest heat, melt butter half-way.
    Add chocolate chips and Stir regularly until completely melted and well-incorporated.

    Once glaze is ready, dip the tops of the rose bum into the glaze.

  8. 8

    Set on a wire cooling rack, and let glaze set up, if desired.

  9. 9

    Decorate with some colour full sparkles and chocolate sauce.
