Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Add Spinach, Basil, Onion, Garlic, Olive Oil, Agave or Molasses, water and Sea salt to blender and blend until smooth.

Wash and slice Squash, Zucchini and mushrooms lengthwise no more than 1/4 of an inch thick

In a large casserole dish, start with a thin layer of sauce, a layer of squash, a layer of mushrooms, a layer of cheese, a layer of sauce, a layer of zucchini, a layer of mushrooms, a layer of cheese, a final layer of squash and/or zucchini, a final layer of sauce making sure to seal the edges, and top with a final layer of cheese.

Cover and bake for 1 hour.

Remove cover and bake until bubbly and slightly brown on top.

Remove from oven, cover and let stand for 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
