Ingredients

  • 250 grsoft butter
  • Pinchsalt
  • Half cupwhite sugar
  • Half cupbrown sugar
  • 5 mlvanilla essence
  • 1 cupchoc chips
  • Flour to make the dough
  • 1 level tspbicarbonate
  • 4 tspbaking powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat butter and sugar and salt til white and fluffy

  2. 2

    Add in vanilla essence and beat again

  3. 3

    Add in choc chips

  4. 4

    Mix well. Add in baking powder bicarbonate soda and enough flour to make a soft dough

  5. 5

    Roll out balls. Dont handle dough place on tray put 2 choc chips on each cookie and bake in preheated oven on 180 degrees til done.. enjoy Zaheera
